User Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1: Disconnect inside AI ADSER

1. Open AI ADSER.
2. Open the system or Meta connection settings.
3. Select Disconnect Meta.
4. Confirm the request.

This revokes the active connection in AI ADSER and prevents new Meta session credentials from being issued. It does not delete content that remains in your Meta business account.

Option 2: Remove the app through Meta

1. Sign in to Facebook using the account that authorized AI ADSER.
2. Open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
3. Open Business Integrations or Apps and Websites, depending on your account interface.
4. Locate the AI ADSER integration and select Remove.

Meta's interface may change. Removing the integration revokes future API access but may not automatically delete records we must separately locate and remove.

Option 3: Submit a deletion request

Email Service@aiadser.com with the subject AI ADSER Data Deletion Request.

Include:

• Your name and business name;
• The email used to contact or register with us;
• Your AI ADSER customer ID or license prefix, if available;
• Your Meta app-scoped user ID, if available;
• The device identifier shown by AI ADSER, if relevant;
• A description of the data or connection you want deleted.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, full payment card numbers, or government identification unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.

Verification and timing

We will normally acknowledge requests within seven business days. We may request reasonable information to verify identity, authority, and the applicable account. Eligible information will normally be deleted or de-identified within 30 days after verification. We will notify you when the request is completed or explain any lawful exception.

Information that may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, financial reporting, or enforcement of agreements. Residual encrypted backups may remain until overwritten under normal retention schedules and will not be restored for ordinary business use.

What deletion does not affect

Deleting AI ADSER records does not delete campaigns, ads, Pages, Pixels, payment records, or other content held by Meta. Manage those assets directly through the relevant Meta account. Local files stored in the desktop application's user data directory may need to be removed from the user's device separately.
