This Privacy Policy explains how BSYKA MOMO INC. ("BSYKA MOMO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and deletes information in connection with the AI ADSER website, desktop software, authorization service, and Meta integration (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information we process

Depending on the features you use and permissions you grant, we may process:

  • Account and contact information: name, business name, email address, support communications, customer identifier, and license information.
  • Device and security information: machine identifier, application version, IP address, timestamps, authorization status, and security or audit events.
  • Meta account information: Meta app-scoped user ID, display name, permission status, OAuth access token, token expiration, and connection status.
  • Authorized Meta business assets: Business Manager assets, ad accounts, Pages, Pixels, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, conversion configuration, and advertising performance metrics that the authorized user is permitted to access.
  • User-provided advertising content: website URLs, campaign configuration, targeting selections, budgets, product information, images, videos, copy, and tracking parameters.
  • Website technical data: ordinary server logs such as IP address, requested URL, browser user agent, response status, and request time. We do not currently use advertising cookies on the public website.

3. How information is obtained

We receive information directly from users, from the desktop application, from the user's authorized Meta connection through Meta APIs, and automatically through security and web server logs. We access Meta data only after a user completes Meta's authorization flow and grants the applicable permissions.

4. Purposes of processing

We use information to authenticate licensed devices; establish and maintain authorized Meta connections; display and manage authorized advertising assets; prepare campaign plans; retrieve performance information; provide requested optimization features; support users; protect the Service; maintain audit records; comply with legal obligations; and process access or deletion requests. We do not sell personal information or Meta Platform Data.

5. Meta permissions and limited use

AI ADSER may request permissions such as ads_read, ads_management, business_management, pages_show_list, and pages_read_engagement when required by enabled functionality. Each permission is used only to provide the corresponding advertising or asset-management feature requested by the authorized user. We do not use Meta Platform Data to build unrelated profiles or for independent advertising to individuals.

6. Legal bases

Where applicable, processing is based on performance of a contract, the user's consent and authorization, our legitimate interests in providing and securing the Service, and compliance with legal obligations. Users may revoke Meta access at any time, although revocation may prevent related features from functioning.

7. Storage, security, and retention

Meta application secrets are retained on the server. Stored Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest, and network communications use HTTPS. Access is restricted through administrative and device authorization controls. No security measure is absolute.

We retain active account, authorization, and integration information while the Service is used. Expired OAuth sessions are short-lived. Security and audit records may be retained as reasonably necessary to investigate incidents, enforce agreements, and comply with law. User-provided local desktop files remain on the user's device unless submitted to us. When deletion is requested, eligible information is deleted or de-identified within 30 days after verification, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, security, backup, or accounting requirements.

8. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, email, security, and technology providers acting on our behalf, and by Meta when users interact with Meta services. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with the user's direction or consent. Providers are expected to process information only for authorized purposes and with appropriate safeguards.

9. International processing

The Service is operated by a United States company. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

10. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; disconnect Meta access; or complain to a relevant authority. We may verify identity and authority before acting. Submit requests to Service@aiadser.com. See Data Deletion Instructions.

11. Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, law, or data practices. The current version and effective date will remain publicly available at this URL.

13. Contact

Privacy questions may be sent to Service@aiadser.com or mailed to BSYKA MOMO INC., 28 PHILLIP KUHN RD, OAK HILL, OH 45656, United States.
